Cancellation Policy
Bearded Lady has a strict late policy with a grace period of 7 minutes. After 15 minutes, you are a NO SHOW and will be charged 100% of missed services. Any fees not able to be collected will result in loss of appointment privileges.
All cancellations are asked to be made an hour before your appointment.
45-60 min cancellation: Free of charge
30-45 min cancellation: 25% fee
15-30 min cancellation: 45% Fee
Less than 15 min: 60% Fee
